Going beyond first aid for the first responder.

In conjunction with Task Force 10-87 ETM provides up to six free outpatient therapy sessions per year for the squad members associated with participating stations.

• Follow up to crisis response services are imperative to prevent the development of mental health and substance abuse issues i.e. PTSD and Addiction. 
• The spirit of this free confidential service is to increase utilization of counseling services to help reduce the stigma around getting therapy.
• Evidence indicates many physiological issues experienced from work related trauma have a direct link to psychological problems.
• ETM will strive to provide these services in a timely fashion as research indicates the importance of urgency.
• Our clinical team is trained and certified in many evidence based approaches to treating trauma such as EMDR, CBT, CPT and Exposure Therapy. 
• ETM can work side by side and as an adjunct to the CISM / CIT team.
• ETM is also able to provide a variety of continuing education programs.
